Our Mission . . .
Our Mission is to rescue abandoned, homeless, abused, neglected, and otherwise unwanted dogs and cats with the goal of finding each one a loving and stable forever home. We specialize in rescuing animals from high-kill shelters and provide each with a safe, nurturing foster home until transitioning them thoughtfully and safely into adoptive homes.
Our Story . . .
All Starr Pets is an animal rescue in Elida Ohio and was founded in 2019 by Randy Starr and 2 other original board members Alison Centeno and Dashonda Sutton, who saw a need in the community and went out on their own to gain their 501c3 status and to share their mission with others. The board members are community pet advocates who believe each pet life has value. They are committed to saving pets at risk of becoming homeless neglected or abused. All Starr Pets Rescue specialize in rescuing the most vulnerable, pregnant pets and mothers of new or young litters. The All Starr Pets facility was built in 2022 and is just the start of the vision that they have for All Starr Pet Rescue. The facility provides safe pet intake, value for adoption events and offers community programs designed to enhance life of the pet and their owners. Our founder, Randy star, purchased the property, tore down the existing building and built a structure that is the home of our current Rescue center.

Our vision is to provide a center where the community comes together to build a better future for pets. The focus will be on the outcome, Happy pets Happy people thriving in a Happy community. Part of the new facility will include areas that benefit the community. We foresee expanding our community project with education, recreation and Pet health.
In order to fulfil our dreams of becoming a community based rescue that will educate that will focus on the well being of the pets in or community and in order to be succeed we are seeking donations for our Capital Campaign to equip a facility that enriches our community by providing a center that will educate and better the lives of pets and their owners. Ever mindful of the fiduciary responsibilities to our financial donors. We are also seeking donations in the form of labor, materials, and services. We plan to collaborate with other agencies and obtain sponsorship from businesses to help obtain our future goals and bring our Vision to life.
Phase 1: Capital campaign donations will be used for the sole purpose of setting up an intake facility and expand our programming. Phase 2 : Plans include purchase of the property and current building from Randy Starr at cost.
We believe that the community, our supporters and sponsors deserve accountability of all donations. You will be able to check the website at each phase of the campaign to view photos videos and reports of donations received and programming expenditures. Since it's inception, All Starr Pet Rescue has saved nearly one 100 pets lives. All Starr Pets rescue is a non-profit 501c 3 organization. All star is a foster-based, all volunteer Pet Rescue organization. All adoption fees and general donations go towards the care of Rescue pets subsidizing vet bills and low-income pet owners pet food handouts etc. As a 501c3 Non Profit Organization we rely solely on Donations from the community or moneys raised through fund raising.
